Founder and CEO of GU Capital, he has over thirty years of managerial experience in Italy and abroad in multinationals and SMEs, first as CFO and then as CEO in companies such as Ferragamo, Ferretti Group, Pershing, Postecom (Poste Italiane Group), Indesit Company, Benelli Moto and Mercatone Uno.
In 2011 he founded GU Capital in order to make his experience available to companies as a strategic consultant, innovation manager and specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions.
He carries out activities as an advisor in M&A operations with a focus on the luxury, food and fashion sectors, and as a Business Angel in innovative sectors.
She joined GU Capital in September 2015, initially working in administration, finance and control. Since 2017, she has focused on the implementation of reporting for strategic consulting and M&A for client companies, studying and analysing the company’s financial report to establish its state of health, define its structure and profitability, and evaluate its economic, financial and asset-based prospects.
She joined GU Capital in June 2023, working in administration, accounting and banking relationships, as well as monitoring client activities.
A consultant and innovation manager, she has collaborated with GU Capital since 2021, working in management control, industrial accounting and corporate organisation. She has a degree in telecommunications engineering, and boasts over twenty years of managerial experience in Italy and abroad (Germany, France and the USA) in multinationals and SMEs, as a project manager at the Ferretti Group, Team Italia and SailADV.
A consultant who has collaborated with GU Capital since 2020, he has over twenty-five years of experience as CFO in large Italian companies and SMEs, working in administration, finance and management control.
